DewWeb is a web application and product development studio. We offer services such as web design, web development, SaaS product development, UX/UI design, and related consulting (“Services”). The information on this Website is for general information and marketing purposes only.

The exact scope, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, email confirmation, or contract between you and us. In case of any conflict between that specific agreement and these Terms, the specific agreement will prevail.

  • We may require an advance / retainer before starting work;
  • Further payments may be linked to milestones or time-based billing;
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods we inform you about;
  • You are responsible for any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, and code, is owned by or licensed to DewWeb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed, once you have paid all fees due, we will grant you a licence to use the final deliverables for your business. We may retain copies of deliverables and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
