Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how DEWWEB SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“DewWeb”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles refunds and cancellations for services (“Services”) purchased through or in connection with https://www.dewweb.in. By engaging our Services or making a payment to us, you agree to this Policy.
1. General
Our Services are professional and often project-based, requiring planning, allocation of time, and resources. As a result, we do not offer refunds in all situations. Any specific terms set out in your proposal, statement of work, or contract will prevail over this Policy in case of conflict.
2. Consultation and One-Time Services
For consultations or one-time fixed-scope Services (such as a strategy call or audit):
- Fees paid for confirmed sessions are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed;
- You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to our availability;
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without reasonable notice (“no-show”), the fee may be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
3. Project-Based Services
For larger or custom projects (such as website design, development, or product work):
- We may charge an advance or retainer before starting work. This advance is usually non-refundable, as it covers discovery, planning, and resource allocation;
- Additional payments may be tied to milestones. Once a milestone is completed and deliverables are shared, the corresponding payment is non-refundable;
- If you choose to cancel the project, we will invoice you for work completed and committed costs up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining advanced amount may be adjusted or partially refunded at our discretion, after deducting work already done.
4. Ongoing / Retainer Services
For ongoing retainers (for example, monthly maintenance or continuous support):
- Fees are typically billed in advance for each billing period (e.g., monthly);
- You may cancel future periods by giving written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date, unless your agreement specifies a different notice period;
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, even if you choose to discontinue mid-period, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Quality, Revisions and Scope
We aim to deliver high-quality work and usually include a defined number of revisions within the agreed scope. Please review deliverables promptly and share clear feedback within the revision window specified in your proposal or agreement.
Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences (style, colour, wording, etc.), where the deliverables reasonably meet the agreed specifications, does not qualify for a refund.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Our Services may involve design, development, or strategy work that is influenced by many external factors (such as your market, competition, implementation, and ongoing management). While we work to industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue.
Non-achievement of specific business results or expectations does not in itself entitle you to a refund, provided the Services were delivered as agreed.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved under this Policy or under a specific written agreement:
- Refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original mode of payment (where technically feasible);
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway and are outside our direct control;
- We may request reasonable documentation to verify your identity and payment details before processing a refund.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us first at support@dewweb.in so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first giving us an opportunity to address the issue may be treated as a breach of this Policy and may impact the continuation of Services or future engagements.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
